This is a late-nineteenth century, symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay farmhouse situated on Tullymore Road in Hillsborough, County Down. It was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed. A partial survey was carried out during the Second Survey, but a full survey was deemed unnecessary due to the building's limited interest. The property includes a modern porch extension. The building is currently in residential use. It is not listed and does not possess significant architectural or historical interest.
