Description

A block of three early-nineteenth century two-storey mid-terrace houses stands on the west side of Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. The houses possess an integral carriage-arch. Number 34 has been converted into a commercial premises, with a modern shop-front inserted at ground floor. All three houses have undergone alterations and refurbishments, including replacement doors and windows. The buildings’ character has been significantly altered, and they are not considered to be the best examples of their type within the terrace. The buildings were surveyed during the First Survey but were not listed, and a partial survey was taken during the Second Survey due to their limited architectural interest.
