Altona Cottage is a single-storey dwelling situated on Hillsborough Old Road in Largymore, Lisburn, County Antrim. The building was surveyed as part of the First Survey but was not included on the heritage register. A partial survey was undertaken during the Second Survey, but it was determined that the building did not possess sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant a full Second Survey. The cottage has undergone significant remodelling in recent years. It is currently used as a house and was formerly used as a house. The building is not listed.
