This is an eighteenth-century former public house, later modified, located on Bridge Street in Lisburn city centre. It is a vacant three-storey building and is currently in a poor state of repair requiring restoration, with significant historic fabric lost. The building was initially surveyed but not listed and a partial record was taken during a subsequent survey. It is not listed and does not possess sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant listing.
