Description

The former Castle Inn, now known as Riverside House, is a building dating from the 17th century, with significant alterations made in the 18th century. It is situated in a picturesque location on the north bank of the river, west of North Bridge. The structure has two storeys and attics, with tiled roofs featuring two gables at the front. There is one oriel bay window from the 18th or 19th century on the river side, and another facing east.
