This is a former rubble stone dwelling, located at Magheralave Upper, Derriaghy Road, Lisburn, County Antrim. The building is now in a ruinous state and overgrown. It was surveyed during the First Survey and again during the Second Survey, but was not considered worthy of a full survey or listing. It was formerly used as a house and its current use is also as a house. The building is not listed and possesses neither architectural nor historical interest.
