This was a single-storey vernacular dwelling, originally located on Belsize Road in Lisburn, County Antrim. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but was not initially listed. It has since been demolished, and this record was created during a subsequent survey. It was originally pebble-dashed and served as a house. A modern dwelling now occupies the site. The building is not listed and has no identified architectural or historical interest.
