Description
This is a terrace of twenty-two two-bay houses, built around 1885. The houses have a painted rendered finish and form one of the longer terraces in the city, with a pleasing rhythm created by alternating one- and two-storey gabled bay windows. The buildings are all three-storeys high, with entrances located on the first floor opening onto Lone Moor Road. They feature tripartite bay windows and all openings are topped with segmental-headed arches. The chimneys are constructed of red brick with some yellow-brick dressings. A partial survey was undertaken; the buildings were included in the First Survey but were not listed. While retaining much original character and of local interest, they do not meet the criteria for listing, and this partial record was made during the Second Survey. The buildings are not listed.
