1-22 Laburnum Terrace, Londonderry, County Londonderry

Terrace of twenty-two rendered two-bay houses, c.1885, painted rendered finish to each house, one of the longer single span terraces in the city, it's rhythm making a good composition, alternating between one and two-storey gabled bay windows. All three-storey with entrances to the first floor on Lone Moor Road. Tripartite bay windows, all openings are segmental-headed. Chimneys are red-brick with some yellow-brick dressings. Partial survey only.These buildings were surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Whilst they retain much original character and are of local interest they do not meet the criteria required for listing. This partial record was made during the Second Survey.
