Ivy House, 34 Strand Road, Londonderry, County Londonderry, BT48 7BJ

Ivy House is a three-storey rendered commercial building with two bays, each containing three windows on the upper floors. The first floor windows are set within segmental arches, which have stucco architraves. The roof is fibre cement, with false three-centred arched openings on the second floor. The building has been significantly modified, including alterations to accommodate commercial retail on the ground floor. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Subsequent alterations mean it does not meet the criteria for listing, although it is considered to have local interest. This record is a partial survey taken during the Second Survey. The building is not listed.
