This is a single-storey Presbyterian T-plan church, likely dating from the late 18th or early 19th century, situated within a churchyard in Macosquin, County Londonderry. It was initially surveyed but not listed, and a partial record only was taken during a subsequent survey because it was deemed not worthy of a full survey. The building has undergone extensive refurbishment, resulting in the loss of much of its historic character. It remains in use as a church.
