This building, located at 17a Main Street, Limavady, is part of a pair of late Victorian terraced houses that originally complemented the more formal Georgian architecture of the street. However, later alterations have significantly diminished the architectural merit of the group. The building now functions as a ground floor restaurant and is an extension of the property at 17 Main Street. The south-east facing facade is rendered and painted up to the first floor. It features two closely spaced double-pane sash windows to the north-east, and a blocked door with a rectangular fanlight to the south-west. The rear and first floor are part of the adjacent property owned by Mr David Brewster, reference HB02/12/011A. The building was constructed between 1860 and 1879. It was formerly used as a house and is now a commercial property. It was delisted on 28 April 2000. Historical and architectural interest are not considered significant.
