This was a two-storey, single-bay rubble stone terrace house located on Coleraine Street, Kilrea, County Londonderry. The building, which dates to the Georgian period and featured Georgian paned windows, was originally surveyed but not listed in the First Survey. It has since been demolished and replaced with a modern terraced dwelling. The building's former use was as a house within a terrace.
