This is a two-storey, 19th-century terraced house located on Maghera Street in Kilrea. It was originally two separate dwellings but has since been combined into a single residence. The building was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys, but was not deemed worthy of full listing and therefore remains unlisted. It now has inappropriate replacement fabric. The building’s former use was as a terraced house, and its current use remains a terraced house.
