This is a two-storey, three-bay public house situated in the centre of Kilrea. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey, as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey. Most of the original fabric has been replaced. It is currently in use as a public house. The building is not listed and has neither architectural nor historical interest.
