Description

This is a two-storey house dating from the late 19th century. The house is symmetrical in design and features a hipped slate roof with two chimneys positioned centrally. The walls are roughcast, and the windows are generally 12-pane sashes. A flat-arched, wide doorcase provides access to the entrance. The property was surveyed as part of the First and Second Surveys but was not considered worthy of full documentation or listing. It is currently in use as a house.
