Description

This is the ruinous remains of a former two-bay dwelling, dating to the late 19th century. It may have been associated with the local authority. The building is located on the roadside at 10 Ardreagh Road, Aghadowey, Coleraine. It features a central doorway flanked by two 6/6 sash windows. The roof is now gone, leaving only the walls standing. The building was initially surveyed but not listed, and a partial record was taken during a subsequent survey as it was considered unsuitable for a full survey. It has no specific architectural or historical interest, and the property is now considered to be demolished.
