This is a single-storey, renovated cottage located at 35 Glenaan Road, Cushendall, County Antrim. The building was originally used as a house and continues to be used as one. A partial record of the cottage was taken during the Second Survey, but it was noted that the building has been extensively modernised. These alterations include a fibre cement roof, rendered walls, and uPVC windows, and therefore the building does not meet the criteria for listing.
