Description
This is a four-span road bridge constructed of sandstone in 1856. The bridge was rendered in 1970 and refurbished in 2010. During the 2010 refurbishment, the bridge deck was widened to accommodate two-way traffic and a cantilevered concrete pavement was installed. Although it was partially documented during a Second Survey, the bridge was not considered suitable for listing due to its extensive modifications. It retains local interest.
