Description

This is a pair of single-story dwellings, oriented with a gable facing the sea. The buildings have been sensitively renovated and feature a natural slate roof. They have porches with a 'cat slide' design, rendered finishes, and timber sliding sash windows. These houses were partially recorded during the Second Survey; while they hold local interest, they do not meet the criteria for inclusion on the listed buildings register. They were formerly used as a terrace of houses and are currently used as a terrace of houses.
