This is a two-storey building (with three storeys to the rear), originally a house, now operating as a café and gallery/museum. The building is rendered, with a natural slate roof and rendered walling. It features timber sliding sash windows and a shop front. During a Second Survey, a partial record was taken, but the building was not considered suitable for formal listing, although it retains significant local interest.
