Description
Claragh House was a two-storey, four-bay house located at 31 Agivey Road, Coleraine, Co. Londonderry. Originally surveyed during the First Survey but not listed at that time, it was subsequently demolished. A record of the building was made during the Second Survey, noting its pitched slate roof and rendered walls. The window openings had been widened and replacement windows installed. The house has since been demolished to make way for new dwellings. It held former use as a house, but is now fully demolished and not subject to any listing protections.
