Mid-terrace three-storey rendered house, built c.1924. Rectangular on plan facing north, built as one of four identical houses on the south side of Park Road. Pitched natural slate, roll-moulded terracotta ridge tiles, shared redbrick chimneystacks to either end and plastic guttering to timber fascia. Painted rough-cast rendered walling. Square-headed window openings with rendered surrounds, masonry sills and replacement single-pane timber sash windows with ogee horns. Front elevation is two windows wide with a three-sided canted bay window to the ground floor with replacement timber casement windows incorporating original leaded coloured glass overlights. Off-centre square-headed door opening with original double-leaf flat-panelled timber doors, rectangular overlight and three-centred arched concrete canopy supported on concrete brackets. Door opens onto stone step to bitmac footpath. East side elevation abutted by adjoining house No.43 (HB26/02/020D). Redbrick three-storey rear elevation abutted by modern gable-ended two-storey redbrick return. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills and replacement timber sash windows windows. West side elevation abutted by adjoining house No.39 (HB26/02/020B). Setting: Forming part of a terrace of four similar houses lining the north side of Park Road.
