14 & 16 Wellington Park, Belfast, BT9 6DJ

The buildings at 14 and 16 Wellington Park, Belfast, are a pair of two-storey, semi-detached houses built in 1852-53 by John Boyd. They are constructed of stucco and exhibit Italianate detailing. Large, modern extensions have been added to the rear of the buildings, and internal subdivision to create office suites has resulted in the loss of historic fabric. Consequently, the buildings are now considered to be of insufficient interest to warrant a full survey. They are located within the Malone Lower townland and sit within a conservation area.
