This is a pair of two-storey houses located in Wellington Park, Belfast. Originally built with a brick finish, the houses are now rendered with painted roughcast plaster. The windows have been replaced with PVC, which has diminished the building's architectural interest to the point that a full survey was not deemed necessary. The houses are situated within the Malone Lower townland and lie within a conservation area.
