Description
13 Wellington Park is a three-storey terraced house designed in 1877 by William Hastings. The building was originally stuccoed with dressings. It has been converted into shared housing accommodation, resulting in the loss of historic fabric and the addition of a large three-storey extension to the rear. Replacement windows are now made of PVC. The building is located within the Malone Lower conservation area; however, due to the alterations and window replacement, it no longer possesses sufficient interest to warrant a full survey. The building is currently in use as apartments.
