Description

This is a two-storey, rendered house located on Harberton Avenue, Belfast, in the Malone Upper townland. The house has a hipped roof covered with Rosemary tiles and an asymmetric plan, featuring a projecting bay window. A Rosemary-tiled porch is supported by sandstone pillars and retains its original front door. Planning approval has been granted for a single-storey side and rear extension, a two-storey rear extension, and new entrance pillars with widened access. These alterations will affect the original character of the house. The building is not listed and is of limited architectural or historical interest.
