This is a gatescreen located on Balmoral Avenue, Belfast, within the Malone Park Central area. The structure formerly served as gates, screens, and a lodge. It comprises rendered piers linked by low brick walls, with some sections featuring replacement concrete copings. The gates and railings are likely to have been replaced. The building is situated within the Malone Lower townland and lies within a conservation area, although it is not itself a listed building.
