This is a two-storey, Arts & Crafts style house built in an asymmetrical plan. The exterior is painted render, with a tiled roof and a porch. The house retains its original casement windows, although the front door is a replacement. A carved stone owl decorates the gable. The elevational style is fairly plain, typical of houses in this area. It was formerly and currently used as a house, and is located in the townland of Malone Upper.
