Description

This is an Art Deco style, two-storey house located at 27 Harberton Drive, Belfast. The house is rendered and features a projecting square bay to the front and side. The side bay is clad in timber shingles to the upper floors. Around 2006, the house was extended, and the original windows were replaced with timber side-hung casements. It is currently in residential use. Note that the building is not listed and a full architectural survey was not undertaken due to its limited significance.
