Description

This is an early Victorian stucco house, built between 1858 and 1860. It is a five-bay, two-storey building located on Windsor Avenue in Belfast, within the Malone Lower townland. The building is situated within a conservation area. While the house is of early Victorian design, alterations, including changes to the chimneys, replacement of the rainwater goods, and a modification to the gable window, mean it does not possess sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant a full survey.
