Description

This is a mid-20th century dwelling located at 19 Derryvolgie Avenue, Belfast, within the Malone Lower townland and a conservation area. The house has mono-pitched roofs that overlap. Replacement windows are made of Upvc, and the fascia boards have been replaced with aluminium. A glazed extension has been added to the rear of the building. Due to these changes, the building is not considered to be of sufficient interest to warrant a full architectural survey. A partial survey has been undertaken.
