This is a two-story, red brick dwelling house located at 33 Derryvolgie Avenue, Belfast, within the Malone Lower townland and a conservation area. The house features a bay window on the left-hand side and a hipped roof. It is typical of housing in this area, although it has been extended to the rear and has replacement rainwater goods.
