A house formerly stood at 28 Lower Windsor Avenue, Belfast, in the Malone Lower townland. This building was surveyed during the First Survey in 1984, but was not added to the list of buildings of acknowledged merit. A Partial Survey was undertaken during the Second Survey to record the building before its demolition. The building is now demolished and is not included as a listed building.
