Description
The building is a former Ulster Bank, constructed in 1931. It is a three-storey, five-bay structure. The facade exhibits Art Deco detailing above a ground floor level. A modern, three-storey flat-roofed building adjoins the original bank. Due to extensive building to the side and internal modifications, the building is not considered of sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant a full survey, and is not currently listed. It operated as a bank and continues in that use.
