The Maxwell Centre, formerly Victoria College, is a two-storey painted rendered house with a hipped roof and a brick plinth. It is located on Marlborough Park North in Belfast, within the Malone Lower townland. Originally a house, the building has been converted for school use. It features replacement timber top-hung windows, although the loss of the original windows has reduced the building's architectural interest. The building sits within a conservation area.
