This is a storey-and-a-half red brick building, formerly and currently used as a school. It has brick boundary walls and a natural slate roof with exposed rafter ends. All openings are now boarded and bricked up. The building is situated within the Malone Lower townland and is located within a conservation area, but it is not considered to be of sufficient interest to warrant a full architectural survey or to be included on the list of buildings of special architectural or historical interest.
