Description

The Armstrong Building, part of Victoria College, was constructed between 1969 and 1970 on Marlborough Park North in Belfast. It served as a school, and continues in that use. The building is of concrete brick construction with metal windows and features a flat roof and a split-level design. It lies within the Malone Lower townland and is situated within a conservation area. A partial survey was undertaken, but a full survey was not deemed necessary.
