This building, originally a house constructed between 1900 and 1919, is now divided into five separate dwellings, numbered 7, 7a, 7b, 8, and 9 Hollymount Court. New-build houses are situated within the surrounding grounds. The building has replacement redbrick chimneys, top-hung timber casement windows with multiple panes of glass, uPVC downpipes and gutters, and modern Velux windows to the front roof pitch. It was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed, and a partial survey was undertaken during the Second Survey due to a lack of significant architectural or historical interest.
