This is a late-Victorian commercial building located on Bridge Street in Banbridge. It is constructed with stucco walling and originally featured a two-storey oriel window at its centre. This oriel has since been removed, and the building now has a modern ground floor shopfront that detracts from its original character. The building is of limited architectural or historical interest and a full survey was not considered necessary; only a partial survey was undertaken.
