This is a three-storey end-terrace building with a shop unit on the ground floor, located at 17 Bridge Street, Dromore. It was surveyed during the First Survey but was not originally listed. A substantial amount of original fabric and detailing has been removed since 1975, and modern alterations have further reduced its architectural and historical interest. The upper floors feature paired windows flanked by a large pedimented aedicule. The shop front is fully glazed, with a separate entrance to the accommodation above and an arched entrance to the left.
