The building was originally a terrace of seven two-storey, two-bay houses, located on Connors Row, Lurgan Road, Ballymacanallen, Banbridge. The buildings dated to the mid-19th century. They had slated roofs, rendered walls, and a variety of window openings. The ground floor windows were originally 6/6 sashes, while the first floor windows were 3/6 sashes. The First Survey card records a left-hand hip end and a right-hand gable end, with rendered chimneys. The rendered walls were lined and partially painted grey-blue. The front facade originally included a mix of window and doorway arrangements, including a shop window with a segmental arch and signboard. Doorways had sheeted doors, a four-pane fanlight, glazed and panelled doors, and glazed flush doors. There were also top-hung casements with iron grilles to passages. The condition was noted as "poorish" at the time of the survey in 1976. The frontage was approximately 120 feet. The terrace has since been demolished and replaced with modern housing.
