89 Dromore Road, Seapatrick, Banbridge, Co Down, BT32 4EF

This was a harled and whitened cottage dating to the mid-19th century, located on Dromore Road, Seapatrick, Banbridge. According to the First Survey information, the cottage had a slated roof and a central chimney. The timber sheeted front door was flanked by an 18-pane sashed window on one side and a 12-pane sashed window on the other. A small annex was present to the north. The cottage first appeared on the Ordnance Survey map of 1860 and was not shown on the 1833 map. It was recorded during a survey on 7 April 1972. The structure has since been demolished and replaced by a modern house.
