Description

Burn Cottage is a single-storey vernacular dwelling located on Crawfordsburn Main Street, accompanied by a rubble stone boundary wall. The building has undergone significant alterations in recent years, resulting in a loss of original features such as the chimneystacks and roof tiles, including decorative terracotta ridge tiles on the porch. These alterations have compromised the building’s character to the point where it does not meet the criteria for listing. A partial survey only was undertaken.
