Sunnybrook Farm Cottages, Ballyrobert Road, Crawfordsburn, Co Down, BT19 1

Sunnybrook Farm Cottages were a group of single-storey vernacular buildings located on the Ballyrobert Road, Crawfordsburn, County Down. They appeared on an Ordnance Survey map of 1834. The cottages, which comprised a roughly L-shaped terrace approximately 80 feet wide, have now been demolished and replaced by a modern dwelling. They were originally constructed with roughcast walls on a rubble base and had roofs covered with corrugated iron and asbestos slates. The windows were generally double-hung Georgian panes, though some lacked astrays. The doors were predominantly sheeted, with two being flush panelled. A central projecting gabled porch, featuring a timber entablature and a felt-covered pediment, was located on the west wing. The chimneys were rendered, and the roof had gabled ends. The First Survey card, dated 8th July 1973, noted the buildings were in poor and somewhat derelict condition at the time of inspection.
