A detached, nineteenth-century red-brick building originally serving as railway accommodation and now used as a house. It is situated on Killaire Road, to the west of Bangor. A two-storey extension, along with an attached modern garage to the west, has significantly altered the building's original proportions. The house has been completely refurbished in recent years.
