A detached, nineteenth-century red-brick building originally serving as railway accommodation and now used as a house. It is situated on Killaire Road, to the west of Bangor. A two-storey extension, along with an attached modern garage to the west, has significantly altered the building's original proportions. The house has been completely refurbished in recent years. It is not considered to be of special interest, and it is not listed. The listing record is based on a partial survey only.
