This is a formalised, detached farmhouse dating to the nineteenth century, situated off the Crawfordsburn Road in Ballykillare, County Down. The original design has been compromised by replacement windows and other alterations to the building. Due to these changes, it is not considered to possess special architectural interest. A partial survey of the building was undertaken.
