Description

A ruinous former cottage, now in a collapsed state with no roof, rubble stone walls only partly standing, and so overgrown with, and surrounded by, vegetation that it is virtually inaccessible. Whitened rubble stone outbuildings with modern corrugated iron roofs still remain but are of no special interest. It stands in a rural area and faces the main road. It was described in the first survey in 1971 as "A thatched cottage with harled and colour-washed walls. Sashed windows have cross astragals. The panelled entrance door is flanked by four-pane sidelights. There is one brick chimney stack on roof."
