Glenavna House, 588 Shore Road, Newtownabbey, Co.Antrim, BT37 0SN

Glenavna House was a detached, three-bay, two-storey rendered house built around 1880. It was situated at the end of a long avenue within its own grounds, to the northwest of the Shore Road, Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim. Several additions existed to the rear of the original structure. The building has since been demolished, and a new apartment development is currently under construction on the site. A record of the building was taken as part of the First Survey process, but no further survey was deemed necessary, and no specific architectural or historical interest was identified justifying a full listing.
