Description

This is a two-storey red brick Victorian terrace on the west side of the Shore Road in Newtownabbey, County Antrim. The terrace is in poor condition, with most of the original windows and doors having been replaced. It was not included in the original listing survey. The replacement materials have significantly diminished its original character, preventing it from meeting the criteria for statutory listing due to a lack of special architectural or historic interest. A similar, two-storey red brick Victorian terrace is located on the north side of the Shore Road, also in poor condition due to replacement windows and doors. The terrace is not listed and has neither architectural nor historical significance.
