The building features a roughcast exterior and a double Roman tile roof with a crested ridge, a parapet with coping, coped verges, and brick stacks. It has a symmetrical design with two storeys and three bays. The first floor is adorned with 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor has 6-pane sash windows, all set within plain stone surrounds that have slightly cambered heads and emphasized keystones.
